Please confirm your appointment via our automated system. Please note, failing to confirm your appointment does not count as canceling it. You must call in to cancel all appointments over the phone or in person. If you are 15 minutes late or more to your appointment, it must be rescheduled, and an additional deposit will be required to reschedule.
