Cancellation, Rescheduling & Payment Policy
To protect appointment availability and ensure the best possible experience for every guest, please review our HeadSpa’ce policies before booking.
All payments, booking deposits, memberships, service packages, gift cards, and specialty promotional offers are final sale and non-refundable. This includes discounted services, limited-time promotions, bundled offers, and specialty deals. Payments, deposits, memberships, packages, and gift cards are not redeemable for cash and may not be transferred to another form of payment after purchase or use.
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling
All HeadSpa’ce appointments in Chattanooga, Tennessee must be scheduled, canceled, or rescheduled through our online booking system or by phone. Text messaging is also accepted for your convenience.
Bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling requests submitted through social media or email are not accepted. If an appointment is missed because proper notice was not provided through an approved method, the standard no-show fee will apply in accordance with our HeadSpa’ce policies.
Please note that confirming an appointment through our automated reminder system does not cancel or reschedule it. To make changes to your reservation, you must use the online booking system, call us directly, visit in person, or text us for assistance.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time and allow for travel, parking, and check-in. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment time will need to reschedule. A new deposit will be required to reserve the rescheduled appointment.
Our Chattanooga location operates on Eastern Time. If you are traveling from Central Time, please plan accordingly. Late arrivals caused by time-zone confusion are still subject to applicable late-cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling fees.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards must be presented at checkout to be redeemed.
All gift card sales are final and non-refundable. Gift cards may not be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to a debit or credit card after a payment, booking fee, or service has been processed.
Gift cards may not be used toward discounted services, promotional offers, specialty deals, or discounted retail products unless expressly stated otherwise by HeadSpa’ce.
